We aim to respond to you as soon as possible from as little as a few minutes, however if we are away at an event we aim to respond within 48 hours. You are free to give a phone call if its more urgent.
We will send through a quote once we have recived some information which you can send via our contact form on our home page. We do have a price list for our standard items and packages but as some events are bespoke and can be different to each customer our prices vary slightly depending on what you want. We would need information on your event date, venue location and an approx amount of guests. You are also free to send in a budget and we can create a package for you based on the budget.
Our delivery and set up charges will be sent through with the quote so you can see the total amount payable before you make a booking. Our delivery charge is dependable on the distance. We are London based ( South east ) We travel across the whole U.K.
Once you are happy with the quote sent, we ask for 25% or 50% deposit depending on how soon your event is. We then require the remaining balance 4 weeks prior to the event date. Deposits are non refundable. Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit is made due to high demand, especially during the summer period, we reccomend that you make the deposit payment to secure your booking.
Our items should be returned to us how it is left upon set up. If any items are damadged, missing or broken. We will invoice you for the cost of the items damadged to be replaced. Bookings can only take place if you agree to our terms and conditions agreeing to this.
We are happy to come to meet with our clients as long as the distance doesnt go beyond a 30 mile radius of our location. This will be free, we also offer the service of free zoom or facetime calls at your convienece.
We want you to be happy, so we are flexible on changes as long as we havnt already purchased items you have ordered, we will always work with you.
We understand that under the recent climate we have undergone, that there may be unforseen circumsances meaning changes have to be made. We are quite flexible under these situations, even based on our avaialibilty we will always try our hardest to work with you.
Yes we do, however this excludes any backdrops or very large items. This is because you have to be specially trained to set these up. You can however dry hire most items which means you can collect and return items yourself to our location for a cheeaper cost. For this service we take a holding fee to insure items are retuned this is refunded back to you immdediatly upon return.
Closer to the event date we would need to have a rough idea on collection dates and times, we usually liase with the venue directly to take the pressure of our clients. We encourage collection at the end of the event once your guests have left. We charge a small fee if the collection date is different to the set up date. This can be discussed closer to the event.
We have a minimum spend of £200 although some circumstances can be discussed.
